Fox hollow farm
fox hollow farm is named after the small family cabin, where Rebecca’s love of horses all began. It seemed appropriate to pay homage to such a special place.
Owner, Rebecca grew up in new york city, and began riding at the age of 6. She got her start in the hunter/jumpers, and continued her riding education, competing in lower level dressage and eventing.
A graduate of Alfred University, Rebecca received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting and photography. In addition, Rebecca took equine classes in riding, equine science, massage, and equine management. Upon graduation, she was hired by AU as an instructor of equine classes and became the assistant varsity team coach.
Over the past 10 years Rebecca has coached at the IHSA, IEA and Varsity levels. She is a USHJA Certified Trainer and her riders and teams have won titles at the regional, zone and national levels.
In recent years Rebecca has worked at private equine facilities, holding most every position there is: groom, barn manager, trainer, teacher, and coach. She coached the SUNY New Paltz varsity equestrian team for 3 years, and was named coach of the year in 2018 for region 3.
Rebecca along with her husband, Paul, (and their 3 dogs) are thrilled to start a new adventure at fox hollow farm. They have had a hand in the whole process of building the barn and property.
When not doing all things horse related, Rebecca loves to paint and Paul enjoys sharing his amazing cooking skills with everyone.
